Please note - Wholesale customers/re-sellers: Until your ABN/trading details have been confirmed you can not view wholesale pricing. New wholesale customers minimum order requirements - first order $250.00 not including freight. Repeat wholesale customers - following orders minimum $75.00 not including freight. If repeat minimum can not be met, an $11.00 low order fee will be charged. If you have a business but can't meet these requirements ask us about our available discounts for re-sellers.
Yes, we do sell direct to the general public from this website - as long as one of our retail stores/resellers are not in your immediate area. No minimum order limits apply and we offer discounted freight/postage for retail orders. Retail orders apply to all goods except Encaustic Art products.
Order turn-around time is approx. 48 hours - not including weekends & public holidays. Some delays can be expected from time to time.
Despite most products showing 0 or less stock on our website, this is incorrect. For most products shown on our website we carry good stock quantities! Occasionally we do receive unexpected orders for large quantities and we find ourselves short, however most stock can be replaced within a short period of time. From time to time we do find stock is unavailable due to measures beyond our control.
